 My Mission

I became an online personal trainer because I wanted to help as many people as I could overcome their barriers to fitness. I wanted to teach, inspire, and connect with as many women as I could, because I’ve been there, and I know how frustrating and overwhelming it is.

My goal is to help as many busy women as I can embrace their inner badass and become their own fitness inspiration. I aim to inspire and teach them as much as they’ll allow me to. My mission is to allow them to take control of their own lives and bodies, and know that they are the fit, hot, badass woman that everybody else knows they are.
