Who am I?
My name is Kelcy. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, and a Certified Online Trainer through PTDC.
I struggled for years with my weight. I had a tendency to give up almost as soon as I started any new diet, exercise program, or weight loss regime. I didn’t know what I was doing, and I lacked the motivation to do whatever it was I was “supposed” to do.
I finally realized that there had to be an easier way. I delved deep into working out and exercise, and found myself truly happy with myself and my body.
Now, my goal is to help as many women as I can achieve this same breakthrough that I had and to become happy with themselves and their bodies, one day at a time.
My philosophy is that if you enjoy the process, it’s going to exponentially increase your chances of long-term results. This philosophy is the driving force behind my coaching style and programs.
During this process, I make every step as easy as I can for you. No more complicated exercises, no more crash diets. Just fitness tailored specifically to you in every way.

I’m looking for women who are busy and want to have some time to work on themselves and their goals. I’m looking for women who are between 20 and 35 years old who are ready to kick it up a notch.
